1. Introduction & Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

Thank you for considering Atlas Digital Studio for your design needs. This Quotation Estimate has been carefully prepared to outline the full scope, deliverables, timeline, and associated costs for engaging our senior UX UI Designer team to deliver a comprehensive user experience and user interface redesign project. As a firm deeply rooted in the Morocco Casablanca digital ecosystem, we bring local market insight combined with international design standards to every engagement. This document serves as a formal Quotation Estimate and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section at the end of this document.

2. Scope of Work – UX UI Designer Services

The following UX UI Designer services are included in this Quotation Estimate. Our team in Morocco Casablanca will dedicate a senior-level designer and a junior support designer throughout the project duration:

3. Project Timeline

The total estimated duration for this UX UI Designer engagement is approximately 12 weeks from the date of contract signature. The project will be executed from our studio in Morocco Casablanca, with weekly progress meetings scheduled via video conference. A detailed Gantt chart will be provided upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.

4. Payment Schedule

Payment terms for this Quotation Estimate are structured as follows:

30% advance payment (MAD 63,000) – due upon signing the service agreement.
40% milestone payment (MAD 84,000) – due upon approval of high-fidelity UI designs.
30% final payment (MAD 63,000) – due upon delivery of final assets and completion of developer handoff.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to our account at Attijariwafa Bank, Casablanca branch. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Moroccan tax regulations.

5. Terms & Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on resource availability and market conditions in Morocco Casablanca.
All intellectual property rights to the final deliverables (design files, prototypes, design system) shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment.
The UX UI Designer team is entitled to up to three (3) rounds of revisions per deliverable. Additional revision cycles will be billed at MAD 4,500 per day.
Client is responsible for providing all brand assets, content, and access to existing platforms within five (5) business days of project kickoff.
Delays caused by client-side feedback exceeding the agreed response window (5 business days) will extend the project timeline accordingly, at no additional cost to the client.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Casablanca.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project materials, user data, and business information shared during the engagement.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or widespread infrastructure failures in Morocco Casablanca.

6. Acceptance & Signatures

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the UX UI Designer services to be delivered in Morocco Casablanca.
