Project Timeline

The total estimated duration for this UX UI Designer engagement is approximately 12 to 14 weeks from the date of contract signing. All work will be conducted primarily from our studio in Netherlands Amsterdam, with the option of on-site meetings at the client's premises within the Amsterdam metropolitan area. Weekly progress reviews will be scheduled via video conference or in-person, ensuring full transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Payment Terms

This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment schedule:

30% advance payment (€11,797.50) upon signing of the service agreement.

40% milestone payment (€15,730.00) upon delivery of high-fidelity UI designs and prototype approval.

30% final payment (€11,797.50) upon project completion and final design handoff.

All payments are due within 14 calendar days of invoice date. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Dutch tax regulations. Late payments will incur interest at the statutory rate as defined by Dutch civil law (Article 6:119a BW).

Terms and Conditions

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions and resource availability.

2. All intellectual property rights to the final deliverables will transfer to the client upon full payment. PixelCraft Design Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. The UX UI Designer services described herein are subject to a maximum of two revision rounds per deliverable. Additional revisions will be billed at a rate of €120.00 per hour.

4. This engagement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

5. PixelCraft Design Studio B.V. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the total value of this Quotation Estimate.

6. The client agrees to provide timely feedback (within 5 business days) on all deliverables. Delays in client feedback will extend the project timeline accordingly without additional cost to the client.

7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below.
