The UX UI Designer engaged under this estimate will be responsible for the end-to-end user experience and user interface design of the client's web and mobile application. This includes user research, information architecture, wireframing, visual design, prototyping, usability testing, and design system development. All work will be conducted in alignment with New Zealand accessibility standards (NZS 15514) and the local digital product ecosystem prevalent in New Zealand Auckland.

Phase 1 – Discovery & Research (Weeks 1–3)

The UX UI Designer will conduct stakeholder interviews, competitor analysis, and user persona development. Field research will be performed in the New Zealand Auckland region, including user testing sessions at the client's Auckland office and local co-working spaces. Deliverables include a Research Report, User Personas, and a Journey Map.

Phase 2 – Information Architecture & Wireframing (Weeks 4–6)

Based on research findings, the designer will produce sitemap structures, low-fidelity wireframes, and interactive flow diagrams. All wireframes will be reviewed in bi-weekly workshops held in Auckland. Deliverables include Sitemap, Low-Fidelity Wireframes, and User Flow Diagrams.

Phase 3 – Visual Design & UI Development (Weeks 7–11)

• Milestone Payments: 25% due at completion of Phase 2, 25% due at completion of Phase 3, and 20% due at final delivery of Phase 5.
• Payment Method: Bank transfer to the provider's New Zealand bank account. Invoices will be issued in accordance with IRD requirements.
• Overdue Payments: Interest at 1.5% per month will apply to overdue balances in line with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

• This Quotation Estimate constitutes a firm offer for the services described herein and is binding upon written acceptance by both parties.
• The UX UI Designer retains full intellectual property rights over all work product until final payment is received in full. Upon receipt of the final invoice, all IP transfers to the client.
• The client agrees to provide timely feedback (within five (5) business days) on all deliverables to avoid project delays. Delays attributable to the client will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
• All work will be performed in compliance with New Zealand privacy legislation (Privacy Act 2020) and data protection obligations relevant to the New Zealand Auckland jurisdiction.
• Any changes to scope beyond the originally agreed deliverables will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and written approval before additional work commences.
• This engagement is governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall be resolved through the District Court of Auckland.
• The UX UI Designer is engaged as an independent contractor and not as an employee of the client.
