- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in New Zealand Wellington.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of Phase 3, and 30% upon final project delivery. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
- The UX UI Designer retains full intellectual property rights over all design assets, methodologies, and templates until final payment has been received in full. Upon receipt of payment, all IP rights transfer to the client.
