The UX UI Designer will be responsible for the following phases of work, each designed to deliver a cohesive and polished digital experience for the client's product or platform:

This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment milestones to ensure mutual commitment and cash-flow management for both parties:

• 30% Advance Payment (₦1,590,000): Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement. This payment initiates the engagement of the UX UI Designer and covers Phase 1 activities.
• 30% Mid-Project Payment (₦1,590,000): Due upon successful completion and client approval of Phase 2 (UX Strategy & Wireframing). This ensures the UX UI Designer can proceed to the high-fidelity design phase.
• 25% Design Completion Payment (₦1,325,000): Due upon delivery of all Phase 3 UI design assets and the approved design system.
• 15% Final Payment (₦795,000): Due upon completion of Phase 5, including developer handoff documentation and the commencement of the 30-day support period.

All payments shall be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via bank transfer to the account details provided in the service agreement. This Quotation Estimate does not include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) or any other statutory levies, which will be added at the prevailing rate in Nigeria Lagos at the time of invoicing.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the Nigeria Lagos design services sector.
