- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Pakistan Islamabad.
- All payments are due within 14 days of invoice issuance. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Pakistan Islamabad commercial regulations.
- The UX UI Designer team will provide weekly progress reports and bi-weekly client review meetings conducted either in person at our Islamabad office or via video conference.
- Two (2) rounds of revisions are included per phase. Additional revision cycles will be billed at PKR 15,000 per hour.
- All intellectual property rights to the final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. Source files (Figma, Sketch) will be shared upon project completion.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for copywriting, photography, video production, or third-party licensing fees unless explicitly stated.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days written notice. In such cases, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
- Confidentiality: All project information shared during this engagement will be treated as strictly confidential by our UX UI Designer team in Pakistan Islamabad.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Islamabad.
