The UX UI Designer will be responsible for the following deliverables and activities throughout the engagement period. All work will be conducted in accordance with international design standards while being adapted to the specific needs of the Peru Lima market, including considerations for local user behavior, mobile-first adoption patterns prevalent in the Lima metropolitan area, and compliance with Peruvian data protection regulations (Ley Nº 29733).

Any work requested by the client that falls outside the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the following hourly rate for the UX UI Designer: USD $95.00 per hour. This rate reflects the seniority level of the designer, the specialized nature of UX UI design work in the Peru Lima market, and the overhead costs associated with maintaining a dedicated design workspace in San Isidro, Lima. All additional work must be pre-approved in writing by the project manager before execution.

• 30% Advance Payment: Due upon signing of this Quotation Estimate and the corresponding service agreement. This payment secures the UX UI Designer's availability and initiates the project kickoff.
• 40% Milestone Payment: Due upon delivery and client approval of the High-Fidelity UI Design phase (Item 1.3).
• 30% Final Payment: Due upon completion of the Design Handoff and Developer Support phase (Item 1.5) and final acceptance by the client.
• All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the provider's account in a Peruvian financial institution. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Peruvian tax regulations (SUNAT compliance).

The total estimated duration for the UX UI Designer engagement is 17 weeks (approximately four months), commencing on the date of the signed service agreement. The project will be executed in Peru Lima, with the UX UI Designer working full-time (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Lima time) at the provider's office or at the client's premises as mutually agreed. A detailed Gantt chart with weekly milestones will be provided within five business days of contract execution.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Peru Lima.
• All intellectual property rights for the final deliverables will transfer to the client upon full payment. The UX UI Designer retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio with prior written consent from the client.
• The provider shall comply with all applicable Peruvian labor laws, data protection regulations, and professional conduct standards while operating in Peru Lima.
• Either party may terminate the engagement with fourteen (14) days written notice. In such case, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement document.
