Scope of Work – UX UI Designer ServicesOur UX UI Designer team in Philippines Manila will execute the following phases to ensure your product meets the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and visual appeal:

- Down Payment (40%): ₱203,200.00 due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the Service Agreement.
- Milestone Payment (30%): ₱152,400.00 due upon approval of high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes.
- Final Payment (30%): ₱152,400.00 due upon final delivery of all design assets, documentation, and completion of the developer handoff phase.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of PixelCraft Digital Solutions Inc. at BDO Unibank, Makati City Branch, Philippines Manila. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requirements. A 12% VAT will be applied to all amounts as indicated above.
Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the validity period, pricing may be subject to revision based on resource availability and market conditions in the Philippines Manila creative industry.
- The total project timeline is estimated at twelve (12) weeks from the date of the kickoff meeting, assuming timely client feedback within three (3) business days per review cycle.
- A maximum of two (2) revision rounds are included per design phase. Additional revisions will be billed at ₱8,500.00 per hour for the UX UI Designer's time.
- All intellectual property rights to the final deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. PixelCraft Digital Solutions Inc. retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice of fourteen (14) days. In such case, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date as reflected in this Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for third-party software licenses, stock assets, or development/implementation services unless explicitly stated.
- All work will be conducted in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.
