The UX UI Designer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following deliverables and activities:

• Discovery & Research: Conducting user interviews, stakeholder workshops, and competitive analysis specific to the Qatar Doha market. This includes understanding local user behaviours, Arabic-English bilingual navigation patterns, and compliance with Qatar's digital accessibility standards.
• Information Architecture & Wireframing: Developing sitemaps, user flows, and low-fidelity wireframes for web and mobile applications. The UX UI Designer will ensure all architectural decisions align with the client's business objectives and the operational context of Qatar Doha.
• High-Fidelity UI Design: Producing pixel-perfect interface designs in Figma, including design systems, component libraries, and interactive prototypes. The UX UI Designer will deliver both Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR) interface variants.
• Usability Testing & Iteration: Facilitating moderated usability sessions with local participants in Doha, Qatar. The UX UI Designer will document findings, prioritise fixes, and iterate on designs until acceptance criteria are met.
• Developer Handoff & QA Support: Preparing annotated design specifications, asset exports, and conducting design QA reviews during the development phase. The UX UI Designer will remain available for clarification throughout the build cycle.
• Post-Launch Support: Providing a 30-day post-launch support window where the UX UI Designer will monitor analytics, address minor design adjustments, and conduct a final retrospective in Qatar Doha.

In accordance with the terms of this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows:

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the UX UI Designer rates and availability may be subject to revision.
2. All intellectual property rights in the final design deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment as stipulated in this Quotation Estimate.
3. The UX UI Designer shall adhere to all applicable data protection and confidentiality obligations under Qatar's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016) and the client's internal NDA.
4. Any change in scope exceeding 10% of the originally defined deliverables will require a written change order and a revised Quotation Estimate before implementation.
5. The UX UI Designer is engaged as an independent contractor and not as an employee of the client. All social insurance, visa, and work permit obligations in Qatar Doha are the responsibility of PixelCraft Digital Solutions LLC.
6. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the rules of the Qatar International Arbitration Centre (QIAC).
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The definitive service agreement will be executed within five (5) business days of acceptance.
