Project Timeline

The total estimated duration for this UX UI Designer engagement is approximately 13 weeks from the date of contract signing. The UX UI Designer will work full-time (5 days per week, 8 hours per day) from our studio in Russia Saint Petersburg, with scheduled in-person meetings at the client's office as needed. Milestone reviews will be conducted bi-weekly to ensure alignment with the client's expectations and project goals.

Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Russia Saint Petersburg.
All services rendered by the UX UI Designer are subject to a signed service agreement. No work shall commence until the advance payment of 30% has been received.
The UX UI Designer will dedicate a minimum of 40 hours per week to the client's project. Any additional hours beyond the agreed scope will be billed at a rate of 3,500 RUB per hour.
All intellectual property rights to the final deliverables (design files, prototypes, design system) shall transfer to the client upon full payment. PixelCraft Digital Studio retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client is responsible for providing timely feedback (within 3 business days) on each deliverable. Delays in feedback may result in a proportional extension of the project timeline.
All on-site meetings and user research sessions will be conducted within the administrative boundaries of Russia Saint Petersburg. Travel expenses outside this region will be billed separately at actual cost.
This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party licensing fees for fonts, stock imagery, or software subscriptions unless explicitly stated in the scope.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days' written notice. In such a case, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the civil legislation of the Russian Federation, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Russia Saint Petersburg.

Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the agreed-upon scope, cost, and terms for the UX UI Designer engagement to be performed in Russia Saint Petersburg. This document serves as a binding preliminary agreement pending the execution of the full service contract.
