The total estimated duration for this UX UI Designer engagement is approximately 16 to 18 weeks from the date of project commencement. The timeline is structured in phased sprints with bi-weekly review meetings scheduled between the UX UI Designer and your project stakeholders. All milestones and deliverable handovers will be coordinated through a shared project management platform. The project is expected to commence within 10 business days of receiving a signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three instalments: (a) 30% upon project commencement, (b) 40% upon delivery of the high-fidelity UI design and design system, and (c) 30% upon final project sign-off and handover. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of PixelCraft Design Studio Pte. Ltd. in Singapore Singapore. Invoices will be issued 14 days prior to each payment due date. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per Singapore commercial practice.

Important Notes Regarding This Quotation Estimate:

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be subject to revision.
Any scope changes or additional UX UI Designer services beyond the defined deliverables will be quoted separately via a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
All design files, source files, and intellectual property will be transferred to the client upon full and final payment.
The UX UI Designer will work from our studio in Singapore Singapore and is available for in-person meetings at the client's premises up to 2 days per week at no additional cost.
Third-party software licensing costs (e.g., Figma Enterprise, user testing platforms) are included in the quoted amounts.

Terms and Conditions:

This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. The engagement of the UX UI Designer is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) to be executed prior to project commencement. PixelCraft Design Studio Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to decline any project that conflicts with existing client commitments. All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement shall be resolved under the laws of Singapore Singapore and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Confidentiality obligations as defined in the MSA shall apply to all project materials, user data, and business information exchanged during the engagement.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for UX UI Designer services in Singapore Singapore and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This acceptance authorises PixelCraft Design Studio Pte. Ltd. to proceed with the project as described.
