All design deliverables will be localized to meet the expectations of South Korean digital consumers, adhering to the latest accessibility standards and platform conventions prevalent in South Korea Seoul.

- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in South Korea Seoul and availability of the designated UX UI Designer.
- Payment Schedule: 30% upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of UI Design phase, and 30% upon final delivery and client acceptance. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
- Revisions: Each phase includes two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revision cycles will be billed at the daily rate specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all design assets, source files, and documentation created by the UX UI Designer shall transfer to the client. The studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information exchanged during the engagement. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be executed prior to the commencement of work.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures in Seoul, South Korea, or global health emergencies.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Seoul, South Korea.
- Taxes: All amounts are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 10% in South Korea, which will be added to the final invoice.
This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client will provide timely access to subject matter experts, brand guidelines, and existing product documentation. The UX UI Designer engagement does not include front-end or back-end development, content writing beyond UI microcopy, or ongoing post-launch maintenance. Travel expenses for on-site meetings outside of the Seoul metropolitan area in South Korea Seoul will be billed at actual cost with prior written approval.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein for the engagement of the UX UI Designer services in South Korea Seoul. A formal service agreement will be drafted upon acceptance.
