Thank you for the opportunity to prepare this Quotation Estimate for your upcoming digital product design project. PixelCraft Digital Studio is a specialized design agency based in the heart of Spain Barcelona, and we are pleased to present our professional services as a dedicated UX UI Designer partner for your organization. This document outlines the full scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and associated costs for the engagement described below.

As your contracted UX UI Designer, PixelCraft Digital Studio will deliver a comprehensive end-to-end design solution for your [web application / mobile application / SaaS platform]. The total estimated duration for this engagement is approximately 16 weeks (4 months), commencing on the date of contract signature. All milestones will be tracked via a shared project management dashboard. Given that our UX UI Designer team operates from Spain Barcelona, all working hours align with the Central European Time (CET/CEST) zone, facilitating in-person meetings at our studio or the client's premises within the Barcelona metropolitan area.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:

30% advance payment (€9,075.00 incl. VAT) due upon contract signing to secure the project slot.
40% milestone payment (€12,100.00 incl. VAT) due upon approval of the high-fidelity UI design phase.
30% final payment (€9,075.00 incl. VAT) due upon delivery of the developer handoff package and completion of QA support.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of PixelCraft Digital Studio S.L., IBAN: ES21 0049 0001 5522 3344 5566. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Spanish fiscal regulations (Ley 58/2003 General Tax Law).

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on resource availability and market conditions.
All intellectual property rights for the final deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment. PixelCraft Digital Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The UX UI Designer engagement is limited to the scope described in Section 1. Any additional features, screens, or revisions beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately as a change order.
Client feedback and approval on each milestone is required within 5 business days. Delays in client response will extend the project timeline proportionally.
All work is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of PixelCraft Digital Studio S.L., governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project materials, user data, and business information exchanged during the engagement, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance copy. The executed contract shall prevail over any conflicting terms herein.
