This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by PixelCraft Digital Studio, a specialised design agency based in Spain Madrid, to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the engagement of a dedicated UX UI Designer to support your organisation’s digital product development. This document outlines the full scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and associated fees for the UX UI Designer engagement. All pricing is quoted in Euros (EUR) and is subject to the applicable Spanish Value Added Tax (VAT / IVA) of 21%, unless otherwise stated. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, after which rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the Spain Madrid creative services sector.

The following services will be delivered by our senior UX UI Designer, who will work either on-site at your offices in Spain Madrid or remotely with regular in-person meetings scheduled at our studio in the Salamanca district of Madrid. The engagement covers the complete user experience and user interface design lifecycle for your specified digital product(s).

In accordance with standard commercial practice in Spain Madrid, this Quotation Estimate proposes the following milestone-based payment structure:

This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding proposal and does not constitute a contractual obligation until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
All work performed by the UX UI Designer shall be governed by Spanish intellectual property law (Ley de Propiedad Intelectual, RDL 1/1996). Upon full payment, all design deliverables and source files shall be transferred to the client.
The UX UI Designer shall comply with all applicable data protection regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), particularly during user research and testing phases conducted in Spain Madrid.
Any changes to the agreed scope of work beyond 10% of the original estimate will require a written change order and may result in an amended Quotation Estimate.
Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of each invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Spanish Law on Late Payment in Commercial Transactions (Ley 3/2004).
This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, rates and availability of the UX UI Designer may be subject to change.
Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the courts of Madrid, Spain, in accordance with Spanish civil and commercial law.
The UX UI Designer reserves the right to use anonymised project outcomes in their professional portfolio, subject to the client’s prior written consent.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined herein for the UX UI Designer services to be delivered in Spain Madrid.
