The total estimated duration for the UX UI Designer engagement described in this Quotation Estimate is approximately 13 weeks (roughly three calendar months), commencing upon written acceptance and receipt of the initial deposit. The project will be executed in Switzerland Zurich, with the UX UI Designer and supporting team based at our Zurich office or, at the client's discretion, working on-site at the client's premises within the Zurich metropolitan area. All working hours adhere to the Swiss standard of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in compliance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).
Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- 30% deposit (CHF 88,112.31) due upon signing of this Quotation Estimate and project commencement.
- 40% milestone payment (CHF 117,483.08) due upon completion of the UI Design & Visual Identity phase (Item 1.3).
- 30% final payment (CHF 88,112.31) due upon delivery of final design handoff and acceptance by the client.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Alpine Digital Studio AG, IBAN: CH93 0076 2011 6238 5295 7, in Swiss Francs. Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date in accordance with Swiss commercial practice. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory Swiss rate of 5% per annum as defined under Article 104 of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates and availability of the UX UI Designer may be subject to revision.
- All intellectual property rights in the final deliverables (design files, source files, design system documentation) shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. Until such payment, all rights remain with Alpine Digital Studio AG.
- The UX UI Designer shall maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP / revDSG). A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be executed prior to project commencement.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal change order and additional cost assessment. The UX UI Designer will provide a revised Quotation Estimate for any such changes within five business days.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Switzerland Zurich.
- The UX UI Designer is entitled to two (2) rounds of revisions per phase. Additional revision cycles will be billed at the standard daily rate specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- All work will be conducted in compliance with Swiss labor laws, including the Swiss Working Hours Act, and the UX UI Designer shall be fully insured under Swiss social security provisions.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for UX UI Designer services in Switzerland Zurich, agreeing to all terms, conditions, pricing, and timelines as set forth herein. This signed document constitutes a binding agreement between both parties.
