The total estimated duration for the UX UI Designer engagement in Turkey Ankara is approximately 16 weeks (4 months), commencing from the date of contract signing. The project will be executed in phases as outlined above, with bi-weekly progress meetings scheduled at the client's office in Ankara or via video conference. All milestones will be tracked and reported in accordance with the agreed project plan.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, the pricing for the UX UI Designer services may be subject to change due to market fluctuations in Turkey Ankara.
Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the High-Fidelity UI Design phase, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables.
All payments shall be made in Turkish Lira (TRY) via bank transfer to the account of PixelCraft Digital Solutions Ltd., Ankara, Turkey.
The UX UI Designer will dedicate a minimum of 5 days per week to the project. Any additional days or overtime will be billed at 1.5x the standard daily rate.
Three (3) rounds of revisions are included per design phase. Additional revision cycles will be charged at 50% of the applicable daily rate.
All intellectual property rights for the final deliverables will transfer to the client upon full payment. The UX UI Designer retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio.
This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for third-party software licenses, stock assets, or user testing participant incentives, which will be billed at actual cost.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days' written notice. In such cases, all work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced in full.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ankara, Turkey.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined for the UX UI Designer services to be performed in Turkey Ankara. This signature constitutes a binding agreement for the scope of work described herein.
