5. Terms & Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the validity period, rates may be adjusted to reflect current market conditions in Turkey Istanbul.
The UX UI Designer engagement is governed by the Turkish Code of Obligations (Türkiye Borçlar Kanunu) and applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of Turkey.
All design deliverables, source files, and documentation become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment of the final invoice.
PixelCraft Digital Studio reserves the right to use anonymized project insights for internal portfolio purposes, subject to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Turkey Istanbul, will pause the project timeline without penalty to either party.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey, in accordance with the rules of the Istanbul Arbitration Institute (ISTAC).
Confidentiality obligations survive for a period of 24 months following project completion.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the formal Service Agreement.
