4. Payment Terms and Conditions
This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment schedule, which is standard for UX UI Designer engagements in Uganda Kampala:
- 30% Advance Payment: Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement. This secures the UX UI Designer's calendar and initiates Phase 1.
- 40% Mid-Project Payment: Due upon completion of Phase 3 (UI Design & Visual Identity) and client approval of high-fidelity mockups.
- 30% Final Payment: Due upon delivery of all final assets, developer handoff documentation, and sign-off at the end of Week 12.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to our designated account at Stanbic Bank Uganda, Kampala Branch. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Uganda Kampala commercial regulations.
5. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market conditions in Uganda Kampala.
- The UX UI Designer will allocate a minimum of 40 hours per week to this project. Any additional hours beyond the agreed scope will be billed at UGX 350,000 per hour.
- All intellectual property rights to final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. Our studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.
- Two (2) rounds of revisions are included per phase. Additional revisions will be quoted separately as a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with fourteen (14) days written notice. In such cases, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include development, coding, hosting, or third-party licensing costs unless explicitly stated.
