This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Nexus Digital Design Studio LLC to Al Noor Financial Group for the engagement of a senior UX UI Designer to lead the comprehensive redesign of the client's digital banking platform. All services described herein will be delivered in accordance with the regulatory standards of the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates and the operational requirements specific to the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi market. This Quotation Estimate outlines the full scope of design deliverables, project timelines, associated costs, and commercial terms governing the professional relationship between both parties.

The UX UI Designer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following deliverables and activities:

Discovery & Research Phase: Conducting in-depth user research, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis tailored to the financial services sector in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi region. This includes usability audits of the existing platform and the creation of detailed user personas reflecting the demographic and cultural profile of Abu Dhabi's banking customers.
Information Architecture & Wireframing: Designing the complete information architecture, user flows, and low-fidelity wireframes for all core modules including account management, transaction history, loan applications, investment dashboards, and customer support interfaces.
High-Fidelity UI Design: Producing pixel-perfect, high-fidelity visual designs in Figma and Adobe XD, incorporating a modern design system with component libraries, style guides, and responsive layouts optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices used across the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi market.
Interactive Prototyping: Building clickable, interactive prototypes to validate user journeys and gather feedback from internal stakeholders and a minimum of 15 end-user participants based in Abu Dhabi.
Design System & Documentation: Delivering a comprehensive design system document, accessibility guidelines compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA standards, and developer handoff documentation including annotated specs, asset exports, and interaction notes.
Usability Testing & Iteration: Facilitating two rounds of moderated usability testing sessions conducted in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi office, incorporating findings into iterative design refinements.
Developer Support & QA: Providing ongoing design consultation during the development phase, conducting visual QA reviews, and ensuring final implementation fidelity matches the approved UX UI Designer specifications.

The total estimated duration for the UX UI Designer engagement under this Quotation Estimate is twelve (12) weeks from the date of contract execution, with the following milestone schedule:

Weeks 1–2: Discovery, research, and stakeholder alignment
Weeks 3–4: Information architecture, user flows, and wireframing
Weeks 5–7: High-fidelity UI design and design system development
Week 8: Interactive prototyping and first usability testing round
Weeks 9–10: Design iteration and second usability testing round

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three installments as follows:

30% Advance (AED 64,417.50): Due upon signing of the service agreement and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
40% Milestone (AED 85,890.00): Due upon approval of high-fidelity UI designs and completion of the first usability testing round.
30% Final (AED 64,417.50): Due upon project closure, delivery of all final documentation, and sign-off by the client's project manager in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the UX UI Designer may be subject to revision.
All intellectual property rights to final design deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Nexus Digital Design Studio LLC retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio with prior written consent from the client.
The UX UI Designer shall comply with all data protection regulations applicable in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi jurisdiction, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.
Any scope changes or additional design requests beyond the deliverables listed in Section 2 shall be subject to a separate change-order Quotation Estimate and mutual written approval.
The client is responsible for providing timely access to stakeholders, existing platform credentials, brand assets, and regulatory documentation required for the UX UI Designer to perform the work.
Delays in client feedback exceeding five (5) business days shall result in a proportional extension of the project timeline at no additional cost to the client.
This engagement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi in accordance with the DIFC Arbitration Rules.
Confidentiality obligations as outlined in the separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall remain in effect for a period of two (2) years following project completion.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, scope, and costs detailed in this Quotation Estimate for the UX UI Designer services to be delivered in United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi.
