Our UX UI Designer will be engaged to deliver the following services for the client's digital product platform. The scope encompasses end-to-end user experience and user interface design, from initial research through to final handoff and post-launch support.

The total estimated duration for this UX UI Designer engagement is approximately 12 weeks from the date of contract signing. The project will be managed using an agile methodology with bi-weekly sprint reviews. All milestones and deliverables will be tracked and reported to the client on a weekly basis. The UX UI Designer will be based in our Dubai office and will conduct in-person workshops and presentations at the client's premises in United Arab Emirates Dubai as required, with a minimum of three on-site meetings per month.

4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on resource availability and market conditions in United Arab Emirates Dubai.

4.2 Payment Schedule: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the UI Design and Prototyping phase, and 30% upon final delivery and sign-off. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.

4.3 Revisions: The scope includes two (2) rounds of revisions per deliverable. Additional revision cycles will be billed at AED 2,500 per hour for the UX UI Designer's time.

4.4 Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment, all design assets, source files, and documentation become the exclusive property of the client. Nexus Digital Design Studio LLC retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio with prior written consent from the client.

4.5 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project materials, business strategies, and proprietary information shared during the course of this engagement in United Arab Emirates Dubai.

4.6 Cancellation: In the event of project cancellation by the client, all work completed up to the date of cancellation shall be invoiced in full. Cancellation by Nexus Digital Design Studio LLC will result in a full refund of any advance payments received.

4.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Dubai.

Note: This Quotation Estimate is a good-faith estimate and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement. The UX UI Designer rates quoted herein are based on current market standards in United Arab Emirates Dubai and may be adjusted for scope changes exceeding 15% of the original estimate.
