The following UX UI Designer deliverables are included within this Quotation Estimate for the client project based in United Kingdom Manchester:

• User Research & Discovery: Conducting stakeholder interviews, user persona development, competitive analysis, and heuristic evaluation specific to the Manchester-based target audience. This phase ensures the UX UI Designer approach is grounded in real user needs and local market context.

• All intellectual property rights in the final deliverables (design files, design system, documentation) shall transfer to the client upon receipt of full and final payment. PixelCraft Digital Studio Ltd. retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

• Either party may terminate this engagement with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of early termination by the client, all work completed to date shall be invoiced in full, and the deposit is non-refundable.
