- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, rates and availability of the UX UI Designer team may be subject to change.
- All services described in this Quotation Estimate will be performed by qualified UX UI Designer professionals based in United States Houston, Texas. Travel within the Houston metropolitan area for on-site workshops or client meetings is included at no additional cost.
- Payment terms are Net 15 days from the date of each milestone invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.
- The client shall provide all necessary content, brand assets, and access to existing systems within five (5) business days of project kickoff. Delays in client deliverables will extend the project timeline accordingly.
- A maximum of three (3) rounds of revisions are included per design phase. Additional revision rounds will be billed at the applicable UX UI Designer hourly rate specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- All intellectual property rights to final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. PixelCraft Design Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party software licensing costs, stock imagery, or development/implementation services. These items may be quoted separately upon request.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with fourteen (14) days written notice. In such cases, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date as outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Houston, Texas.
- This Quotation Estimate is confidential and intended solely for the named client. It may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent from PixelCraft Design Studio.
