1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, rates and availability of the UX UI Designer may be subject to revision.
2. All work performed under this estimate is governed by the laws of the State of California and the jurisdiction of the United States Los Angeles Superior Court.
3. The UX UI Designer retains full intellectual property rights to all work products until final payment has been received in full. Upon complete payment, all rights, including source files, transfer to the client.
4. A maximum of two (2) revision rounds are included per design phase. Additional revisions will be billed at the applicable hourly rate specified in Section 3.
5. The client agrees to provide all necessary content, brand assets, and access to existing systems within five (5) business days of the project kickoff meeting.
