The following services will be performed by our dedicated UX UI Designer team, based and operating out of our United States Miami office. The engagement encompasses the complete design lifecycle from initial research through final handoff to development:

• User Research & Discovery: Conducting stakeholder interviews, user persona development, competitive analysis, and heuristic evaluation specific to the target market in the United States Miami area and beyond.
• Information Architecture & Wireframing: Designing site maps, user flows, and low-fidelity wireframes that establish the structural foundation of the digital product.
• High-Fidelity UI Design: Creating pixel-perfect, visually compelling interface designs in Figma and Adobe XD, including responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Interactive Prototyping: Building clickable, interactive prototypes to validate user experience concepts and gather stakeholder feedback before development begins.
• Design System & Component Library: Developing a scalable, documented design system with reusable components, typography scales, color palettes, and usage guidelines.
• Usability Testing & Iteration: Facilitating moderated and unmoderated usability testing sessions, analyzing results, and iterating on designs based on quantitative and qualitative data.
• Developer Handoff & QA Support: Providing annotated design files, asset exports, and ongoing support during the development phase to ensure design fidelity is maintained.

* All rates are in United States Dollars (USD). Applicable Florida state and Miami-Dade County sales tax (7.0%) will be added at invoicing if required by the client's tax status. This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party licensing fees, stock asset purchases, or travel expenses beyond the United States Miami metropolitan area.

Total estimated project duration: 16 weeks from kickoff to final delivery.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing and availability of the UX UI Designer team are subject to re-evaluation.
• All work performed under this engagement will be conducted by PixelCraft Design Studio's UX UI Designer professionals based in United States Miami, Florida. On-site meetings, if required, will take place within the Miami-Dade County area.
• The client agrees to provide timely feedback (within five business days of each deliverable submission) to maintain the project timeline. Delays in client feedback may result in schedule adjustments without additional cost to the client.
• A maximum of two (2) revision rounds are included per design phase. Additional revisions will be billed at the applicable hourly rate stated in this Quotation Estimate.
• Intellectual property rights for all final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment. PixelCraft Design Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. All terms herein are subject to the final contractual documentation.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the United States Miami region, may result in timeline modifications. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith under such circumstances.
• Confidentiality: All project information, user data, and proprietary materials shared during the engagement will be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with applicable United States federal and Florida state privacy laws.
