Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, pricing and availability of the assigned UX UI Designer team may be subject to revision.
- All services described herein will be performed by qualified professionals physically located in or commuting to the United States New York City area. Travel expenses within the five boroughs are included; travel beyond this radius will be billed at cost.
- The client agrees to provide timely feedback (within five business days) on all deliverables. Delays in client review will extend the project timeline proportionally without additional cost to the client, but may affect the UX UI Designer team's availability for subsequent projects.
- All intellectual property, source files, and design assets created under this engagement will transfer to the client upon full payment of the final invoice.
- PixelCraft Design Studio reserves the right to present completed work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is executed prior to project commencement.
- Any scope changes exceeding 10% of the originally estimated hours will require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work begins.
- Payment terms are Net 15 from the date of each milestone invoice. Late payments will accrue interest at 1.5% per month as permitted under New York State commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Statement of Work (SOW) is executed by both parties.
Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes PixelCraft Design Studio to proceed with the UX UI Designer engagement as described herein, with all work to be conducted in the United States New York City area.
