This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment schedule: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this document, 40% upon completion of the vaccination and diagnostic phases, and the remaining 20% upon delivery of the final comprehensive report. All payments shall be made in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) via bank transfer to the Addis Ababa Comprehensive Veterinary Hospital account at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Bole Branch, Addis Ababa. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice issuance.
5. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in veterinary pharmaceutical costs within Ethiopia Addis Ababa and the broader Ethiopian market.
- All Veterinarian services shall be performed by licensed and certified veterinary professionals registered with the Ethiopian Veterinary Association and the Ministry of Agriculture of Ethiopia.
- The client agrees to provide safe access to all animals and premises for the duration of the contracted services. The veterinary team shall adhere to all biosecurity protocols as mandated by the Ethiopian Animal Health and Diagnostic Institute (AHDI).
- Any additional services not explicitly listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written agreement and additional charges at the standard Veterinarian consultation rate of ETB 2,500 per visit in the Ethiopia Addis Ababa area.
- The veterinary hospital shall not be held liable for animal mortality or health deterioration resulting from pre-existing conditions not disclosed by the client at the time of engagement.
- All diagnostic samples and laboratory work shall be conducted in compliance with the Ethiopian Food, Drug and Health Authority (EFDA) regulations and international veterinary diagnostic standards.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and stamped by both parties. The final service agreement shall be executed separately upon mutual acceptance.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service delivery shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if unresolved, through the competent courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
- The Veterinarian team reserves the right to modify the service schedule due to adverse weather conditions, public health emergencies, or government-mandated quarantine restrictions within the Ethiopia Addis Ababa region.
