4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be subject to revision due to changes in material costs, labor rates, or regulatory adjustments applicable to Veterinarian practices in Germany Frankfurt.
4.2 Acceptance: The client must sign and return a copy of this Quotation Estimate to confirm acceptance. No surgical or diagnostic procedure will commence until written authorization and a minimum deposit of 30% (€ 2,413.32) have been received by our Germany Frankfurt office.
4.3 Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is due within fourteen (14) days following the completion of the final follow-up consultation. Payment may be made via bank transfer (IBAN: DE44 5001 0517 0000 0000 00), SEPA direct debit, or credit card. A 1.5% surcharge applies to credit card transactions.
4.4 Cancellation: Cancellation of the scheduled surgery must be communicated in writing at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the procedure. In the event of cancellation within 72 hours, a fee of 25% of the total Quotation Estimate amount will be charged to cover reserved operating room time and staff allocation.
4.5 Medical Necessity: The treating Veterinarian reserves the right to modify the treatment plan intra-operatively if unforeseen anatomical findings necessitate additional or alternative interventions. Any such modifications will be documented, communicated to the client's authorized representative, and added to the final invoice with a separate line-item description.
4.6 Data Protection: All client and patient data are processed in strict compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Medical records are retained for a minimum of ten years as required by the Hessen veterinary licensing authority.
4.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contractual relationship shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Jurisdiction for any disputes shall lie exclusively with the competent courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
