3.1 Validity: This quotation estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the veterinarian clinic reserves the right to revise pricing based on updated cost structures in the Baghdad veterinary market.
3.2 Payment Terms: A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total estimated amount is required prior to the commencement of any surgical or inpatient veterinary procedure. The remaining balance shall be settled within seven (7) business days following the completion of all scheduled services.
3.3 Scope Limitations: This estimate covers only the services explicitly listed in Section 2. Any additional veterinary procedures, diagnostic tests, or treatments that may become necessary during the course of care will be communicated to the client in writing and will require a separate written authorization before proceeding.
3.4 Regulatory Compliance: All veterinarian services rendered under this quotation will comply with the Iraqi Veterinary Practice Act, the Baghdad Municipal Health Regulations, and the standards established by the Iraqi Ministry of Agriculture. The clinic holds a valid operating license (No. BAG-VET-2019-0087) issued by the Baghdad Governorate.
3.5 Cancellation Policy: Should the client wish to cancel any scheduled veterinary appointment, a notice of at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance is required. Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of a scheduled procedure will incur a fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the estimated cost for that specific service.
3.6 Confidentiality: All medical records, diagnostic images, and treatment notes pertaining to the client's animals will be maintained in strict confidence in accordance with the Iraqi data protection guidelines applicable to veterinary practices in Baghdad.
3.7 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this quotation estimate shall be resolved amicably between the parties. In the event of an unresolved dispute, the matter shall be referred to the Iraqi Veterinary Medical Association's arbitration panel in Baghdad.
By signing below, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Quotation Estimate for veterinarian services to be provided in Iraq Baghdad. This signature does not obligate the client to proceed with all listed services but authorizes the clinic to reserve the specified dates and resources.
