Terms & Conditions of this Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After 15 July 2025, prices may be subject to revision based on current pharmaceutical and laboratory cost adjustments in Italy Naples.
- All veterinary procedures will be performed by licensed Veterinarian professionals registered with the Ordine dei Medici Veterinari di Napoli e Provincia.
- Payment is due within 15 days of the date of this Quotation Estimate. Accepted methods include bank transfer (IBAN: IT60 X054 2811 1000 0001 2345 678), credit/debit card, or cash at our Naples clinic.
- A 50% deposit is required to schedule the dental procedure under anaesthesia. The remaining balance is due on the day of the procedure.
- Should any additional diagnostic findings necessitate further treatment not included in this Quotation Estimate, a supplementary estimate will be issued and requires written client approval before any additional procedure is performed.
- Our Veterinarian clinic in Italy Naples operates Monday to Friday, 08:00–19:00, and Saturday 09:00–13:00. Emergency services are available 24/7 via the annual pass described in item 12.
- All medical records, radiographic images, and laboratory reports generated during the course of treatment are the property of the client and may be requested in digital or printed format at no additional charge.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of specific clinical outcomes. The treating Veterinarian will exercise professional judgement in the best interest of the animal patient in accordance with Italian veterinary legislation (D.Lgs. 219/2006 and subsequent amendments).
