Scope of Veterinarian ServicesThe following Veterinarian services have been assessed and are included in this Quotation Estimate for the care of the client's two registered animals (one Persian cat and one German Shepherd dog) residing in Kuwait Kuwait City. All procedures will be performed by qualified Veterinarian staff at our facility located in the heart of Kuwait Kuwait City, ensuring convenient access for the client.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision based on current Veterinarian supply costs in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- All Veterinarian services listed herein will be performed at our clinic premises in Kuwait Kuwait City unless otherwise agreed in writing for home-visit services (additional travel fee of KWD 25.000 applies).
- Payment is due within seven (7) days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash at our Kuwait Kuwait City office.
- Any additional procedures identified during the Veterinarian examination that are not covered in this Quotation Estimate will be communicated to the client prior to execution, with a supplementary Quotation Estimate provided for approval.
- Our Veterinarian team adheres to the highest standards of animal welfare as mandated by the Kuwait Ministry of Health and the Kuwait Municipality's pet registration regulations in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- This Quotation Estimate does not guarantee specific medical outcomes, as Veterinarian treatment results depend on the individual condition and response of each animal.
- All records, diagnostic images, and treatment notes generated during the Veterinarian care process will be retained in our Kuwait Kuwait City facility for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with local regulations.
