The following Quotation Estimate encompasses the full range of Veterinarian services to be rendered at our Nepal Kathmandu facility. Our team of qualified Veterinarian professionals, including board-certified surgeons, internists, and specialists, will manage the complete treatment protocol. All services are conducted in compliance with the Nepal Veterinary Council regulations and the Animal Welfare Act of Nepal.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment for the above-mentioned Veterinarian services shall be made in the following manner: a 50% advance payment (NPR 38,929) is required at the time of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to reserve the surgical schedule and secure the inpatient ward at our Nepal Kathmandu clinic. The remaining 50% balance (NPR 38,928) shall be due upon completion of all procedures and discharge of the patient. We accept payments via bank transfer (Nabil Bank, Rastriya Banijya Bank), mobile banking (eSewa, Khalti), and major credit/debit cards. No service will commence until the advance payment is confirmed.

Note 1: This Quotation Estimate is a good-faith estimate based on the current clinical assessment. Should the Veterinarian team identify additional conditions during surgery or diagnostic imaging that were not apparent at the time of initial examination, a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be presented to the client for written approval before any additional procedures are performed.

Note 2: All Veterinarian services are performed by licensed professionals registered with the Nepal Veterinary Council. Our Nepal Kathmandu facility operates 24/7 for emergency cases and maintains a dedicated on-call Veterinarian for post-operative monitoring.

Note 3: In the event of surgical complications, the base surgical fee and anesthesia costs are covered under this Quotation Estimate. Additional costs arising from unforeseen complications exceeding 15% of the estimated total will require separate written consent.

Note 4: This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for specialized referral to tertiary veterinary hospitals outside Nepal Kathmandu, should such a referral become medically necessary.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Quotation Estimate. The client confirms that the pet(s) described herein are lawfully owned and registered in Nepal Kathmandu. Green Valley Veterinary Clinic reserves the right to modify the scope of services if the Veterinarian team determines, in their professional medical judgment, that an alternative treatment plan is in the best interest of the animal patient. Any such modifications will be communicated in writing and will not increase the total cost beyond 10% of this Quotation Estimate without prior client consent. This document constitutes a binding agreement between the client and the Veterinarian practice upon execution. Disputes, if any, shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Kathmandu District Court, Nepal.
