The Veterinarian team reserves the right to issue a revised quotation if additional unforeseen medical interventions become necessary during the contract period.
  • 1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices and availability must be reconfirmed by our Veterinarian office in Abuja.
  • 2. Payment Terms: A 40% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this quotation. The remaining 60% shall be paid in two equal instalments – 50% at the midpoint of the service period and 50% upon completion. All payments are to be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via bank transfer to our designated account at Zenith Bank, Wuse II Branch, Abuja.
  • 3. Scope Limitations: This Quotation Estimate covers the services explicitly listed above. Any additional surgical procedures, specialised treatments, or emergency interventions beyond the standard Veterinarian care plan will be quoted separately and require prior written approval from the client.
  • 4. Regulatory Compliance: All veterinary services rendered under this quotation shall comply with the regulations of the Veterinary Council of Nigeria, the Animal Resources and Development Agency (ARD) of Nigeria Abuja, and the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. All medications dispensed will be sourced from licensed pharmaceutical suppliers registered with the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC).
  • 5. Cancellation Policy: Should the client wish to cancel the engagement before the commencement of services, the 40% advance payment shall be non-refundable. Cancellation after services have commenced will be subject to a pro-rata charge for all services already rendered by the Veterinarian team.
  • 6. Confidentiality: All medical records, diagnostic results, and health data pertaining to the client's animals shall be treated with the utmost confidentiality in accordance with Nigerian data protection standards.
  • 7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved amicably. In the event of failure to reach a mutual agreement, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
