3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding estimate of costs and does not constitute a final invoice. The final Veterinarian fees may vary by up to ten percent (10%) depending on the clinical findings during the examination and any additional procedures that may become necessary. All services will be performed by qualified Veterinarian professionals registered with the Veterinary Council of Nigeria and operating within the Nigeria Lagos jurisdiction. The client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any services not rendered within this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting updated pricing.
Lagos Animal Wellness Centre reserves the right to modify the scope of treatment if the Veterinarian attending determines, in their professional clinical judgment, that additional diagnostic or therapeutic interventions are required for the welfare of the animal. In such cases, a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued and must be approved in writing by the client before any additional charges are incurred. All pharmaceutical products and medical supplies referenced in this Quotation Estimate are sourced from approved distributors within Nigeria Lagos and comply with the standards set by the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC).
4. Acceptance and Authorisation
By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for Veterinarian services in Nigeria Lagos and authorises Lagos Animal Wellness Centre to proceed with the outlined treatment plan. The client further agrees to the payment terms and conditions as stated herein.
