Important Conditions Governing This Veterinarian Quotation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any services not commenced within this validity period shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for veterinary pharmaceuticals and consumables in Saudi Arabia.
- All veterinary procedures shall be performed by licensed Veterinarian professionals registered with the Saudi Veterinary Board. The lead Veterinarian, Dr. Sarah Al-Harbi, holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree and a valid practicing license issued by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture.
- Payment shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the account of Al Olaya Veterinary Medical Center, Al Rajhi Bank, Riyadh Branch. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the engagement, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of all scheduled services.
- The client acknowledges that all animals are subject to pre-operative veterinary assessment. In the event that a Veterinarian determines an animal is not a suitable candidate for a planned procedure, the affected line item shall be adjusted accordingly, and a revised Quotation Estimate will be issued within five (5) business days.
- All veterinary records, diagnostic images, and treatment logs generated during the engagement shall be maintained in accordance with Saudi data protection regulations and the SFDA guidelines for veterinary medical records. The client shall retain ownership of all records, with a digital copy provided upon completion.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for major surgical interventions (e.g., orthopedic surgery, oncological procedures) or hospitalization exceeding 48 hours. Such services will be quoted separately as a supplementary Quotation Estimate upon the Veterinarian's clinical recommendation.
- Any force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, extreme weather conditions affecting travel within Riyadh, or public health emergencies, shall extend the service timeline without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the absence of resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the Saudi Commercial Procedure Law.
- All veterinary medications, vaccines, and surgical supplies shall be sourced from SFDA-approved distributors within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to ensure product integrity and regulatory compliance.
