All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB). This Quotation Estimate includes all applicable taxes as mandated by the Revenue Department of Thailand. No additional hidden charges will be applied beyond the scope described above unless a new, unforeseen medical condition is identified during treatment, in which case a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued and approved by the client prior to any additional procedure.
4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
4.1 — This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Veterinarian reserves the right to revise pricing due to changes in medication costs, laboratory reagent prices, or regulatory adjustments in Thailand Bangkok.
4.2 — Payment is due in full prior to the commencement of any anaesthetic or surgical procedure. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (Siam Commercial Bank, Bangkok branch), credit/debit card, and cash at the clinic reception.
4.3 — The Veterinarian will provide a detailed written report following each procedure, including post-operative care instructions in both English and Thai.
4.4 — In the event of an emergency complication during treatment, the Veterinarian will contact the client immediately. Any emergency intervention costs exceeding this Quotation Estimate will be discussed and authorised by the client before proceeding, unless the situation is life-threatening and immediate action is required under the Thai Veterinary Council's emergency protocol.
4.5 — This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is specific to the pet identified above. It is issued exclusively by this Veterinarian practice in Thailand Bangkok and cannot be applied at any other clinic or facility.
By signing below, the client acknowledges that they have read and understood this Quotation Estimate for Veterinarian services in Thailand Bangkok. The client authorises the Veterinarian to proceed with the treatment plan as described, subject to the terms and conditions outlined above.
