- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in veterinary pharmaceutical costs in Uganda Kampala.
- Payment terms: A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required upon acceptance to confirm the booking of the Veterinarian team. The remaining balance shall be settled within seven (7) days of service completion.
- All Veterinarian services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Uganda Veterinary Council regulations and the Animal Health Act, 2006 of Uganda.
- The Veterinarian team shall provide a detailed written report following each field visit, including clinical findings, treatment administered, and recommendations for ongoing herd management.
- Any additional services not included in this Quotation Estimate will be billed separately at the standard rates of Kampala Veterinary Care Centre, and a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be provided prior to execution.
- The client agrees to provide safe access to all animals and facilities at the Wakiso District premises. Kampala Veterinary Care Centre shall not be liable for any injury or loss to animals resulting from the client's failure to follow the Veterinarian's post-treatment instructions.
- All veterinary records and diagnostic reports generated under this Quotation Estimate are the property of Kampala Veterinary Care Centre and may be referenced for future consultations in Uganda Kampala.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda, with jurisdiction in Kampala.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above. The Veterinarian services described herein shall commence upon receipt of the confirmed deposit and written approval from the client.
