- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the Quotation Estimate expire, the Birmingham Veterinary Clinic reserves the right to revise pricing in line with current market rates and any changes in pharmaceutical or surgical supply costs within the United Kingdom.
- All prices quoted are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current standard rate of 20%, as applicable under UK tax legislation. No additional charges will be incurred beyond those itemised in this Quotation Estimate unless expressly agreed in writing by both parties.
- Payment of the full amount of £5,668.20 is due within fourteen (14) days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The Birmingham Veterinary Clinic accepts payment by bank transfer (BACS), direct debit, or major credit/debit cards. A 25% deposit is required to secure the surgical date and inpatient accommodation.
- Surgical and anaesthetic procedures carry inherent risks. A detailed risk assessment and informed consent form, compliant with RCVS guidance and UK veterinary law, will be provided prior to any procedure. The client must sign and return this form before the scheduled surgery date.
- The Birmingham Veterinary Clinic operates in accordance with the Animal Welfare Act 2006 and all relevant UK regulatory frameworks. All veterinary staff involved in the treatment of Biscuit are registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and hold current professional indemnity insurance.
- Should any unforeseen complications arise during the surgical procedure or post-operative period that necessitate additional treatment not covered in this Quotation Estimate, the Birmingham Veterinary Clinic will contact the client immediately to discuss and obtain written consent before proceeding with any additional intervention.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of a specific outcome. The veterinary team will exercise all reasonable professional skill and care in the treatment of the patient, in line with the standards expected of a veterinary practice in Birmingham and throughout the United Kingdom.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
