Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision due to changes in pharmaceutical costs, laboratory fees, or operational expenses within our London practice.
- All veterinary procedures outlined in this estimate will be carried out by a registered Veterinarian or under the direct supervision of one, in full compliance with RCVS professional standards and the Animal Welfare (England) Regulations 2006.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Quotation Estimate. We accept payment by bank transfer (BACS), direct debit, or all major credit and debit cards. A 1.5% surcharge applies to card payments in accordance with United Kingdom financial regulations.
- Should any additional diagnostic or therapeutic procedures become necessary following the initial treatment plan, a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued for your written approval before any further work commences.
- This estimate does not constitute a guarantee of outcome. Veterinary medicine, as practised in the United Kingdom and internationally, involves inherent uncertainties. Our Veterinarian team will exercise all reasonable professional skill and care in the treatment of your animal.

- Our practice is located in the heart of London, United Kingdom, and operates Monday to Saturday, 08:00–18:00. Emergency veterinary services are available 24/7 via our dedicated London after-hours line.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
