- This Quotation Estimate is issued by the Manchester Veterinary Clinic, a registered veterinary practice operating in Manchester, United Kingdom, and is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the Quotation Estimate expire, all fees are subject to revision in line with the practice's current schedule.

- Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Quotation Estimate. The Manchester Veterinary Clinic accepts payment by bank transfer (BACS/CHAPS), debit card, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and direct debit. A 1.5% surcharge applies to credit card transactions.
