This Quotation Estimate has been carefully prepared to outline the full scope of Videographer services that our team will deliver in Afghanistan Kabul for the duration of your project. 1. Scope of Work – Videographer Services in Afghanistan KabulThe assigned Videographer and supporting crew will be responsible for the following deliverables throughout the engagement period in Afghanistan Kabul:
- Planning and pre-production meetings with the client's communications team in Afghanistan Kabul.
- On-site video recording of events, interviews, field visits, and documentary segments across multiple locations within Afghanistan Kabul and up to two (2) nearby provinces as required.
- Operation of professional-grade cinema cameras (Sony FX6 / Canon C70), audio recorders, lighting kits, and stabilisation equipment.
- Post-production editing, colour grading, sound mixing, and delivery of final video assets in formats suitable for broadcast, web, and social media distribution.
- Provision of a dedicated Videographer with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in conflict-affected and post-conflict environments, including prior assignments in Afghanistan Kabul.
- Daily production reports and weekly progress summaries submitted to the client's project manager.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates, availability of the Videographer team, and equipment pricing are subject to revision.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due within fourteen (14) days of final delivery of all video assets.
- All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account of Afghan Media Productions LLC, Kabul, Afghanistan. The client's reference shall include the Quotation Estimate number QTE-2025-KBL-0412.
- The Videographer team will operate in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as well as the client's internal security and code-of-conduct policies specific to operations in Afghanistan Kabul.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional shooting days, or extended post-production requirements beyond those listed in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a written change order and a revised cost estimate approved by both parties.
- All raw footage, intermediate files, and final deliverables remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Videographer and Afghan Media Productions LLC retain the right to include selected clips in their professional portfolio, subject to the client's prior written consent.
- Force majeure: In the event of security incidents, government-imposed restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Videographer team that prevent work in Afghanistan Kabul, affected days shall be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client, provided the total project duration does not exceed sixty (60) calendar days.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein serve as the commercial basis for such an agreement.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in Afghanistan Kabul under the rules of the Kabul Chamber of Commerce.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Videographer services in Afghanistan Kabul and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above. This signature authorises Afghan Media Productions LLC to proceed with resource allocation and scheduling upon receipt of the initial payment.
