This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment schedule: a non-refundable deposit of 40% (DZD 288,932) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Videographer team's availability. The remaining balance of 60% (DZD 433,398) shall be paid within fifteen (15) calendar days following the final delivery of all edited video assets. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the company account of Atlas Visual Media SARL, Algiers, Algeria. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Algerian commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices listed herein are subject to revision based on current market conditions in Algeria Algiers.
- The Videographer team reserves the right to reschedule the shoot in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather, civil unrest, or government-mandated restrictions in Algiers.
- All footage and final deliverables remain the intellectual property of Atlas Visual Media SARL until full payment has been received. Upon clearance of the final invoice, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered videos for internal and public promotional purposes.
- The Videographer is not liable for delays caused by the client's failure to provide timely access to the venue, necessary permits, or required personnel in Algeria Algiers.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate (e.g., extra shooting days, additional deliverables, expedited editing) will be quoted separately at the standard Videographer day rate of DZD 85,000 plus applicable equipment fees.
