Revisions: The post-production phase includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be billed at $180,000 ARS per round.
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all rights to the final video content, including all footage, audio, and graphics, shall transfer to the client. The Videographer retains the right to display the work in their professional portfolio and showreel, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Weather and Force Majeure: Given the variable weather conditions in Argentina Buenos Aires, outdoor shooting schedules may be adjusted by up to two (2) additional days at no extra cost. Delays exceeding this due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government-mandated closures) will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Permits and Licenses: The Videographer is responsible for obtaining all necessary filming permits from the City of Buenos Aires (GCBA) and any private property owners. Music licensing fees are included in the post-production line item.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client after the advance payment has been received will result in forfeiture of 50% of the advance. Cancellation after principal photography has commenced will result in forfeiture of 100% of the advance.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, with jurisdiction in the courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
