The scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate encompasses the full production lifecycle of a 90-second corporate brand film and a series of four (4) property portfolio videos (each 60 seconds in duration). All filming, post-production, colour grading, sound design, and final delivery will be conducted by our in-house Videographer team, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all deliverables. The primary filming locations will be situated within Australia Brisbane, with potential travel to the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast if additional property sites are confirmed prior to the production schedule.

This Quotation Estimate proposes the following payment structure to ensure a smooth production workflow:

• Deposit (40%): $14,718.00 (incl. GST) – due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the production agreement. This deposit secures the Videographer team's availability and locks in the filming dates within Australia Brisbane.
• Progress Payment (30%): $11,038.50 (incl. GST) – due upon completion of all principal photography and drone footage capture.
• Final Balance (30%): $11,038.50 (incl. GST) – due upon client approval of the final edited deliverables and prior to file handover.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision due to equipment, crew, or location cost fluctuations.
2. All rates quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST at the current rate of 10%, as Sunshine Coast Visual Productions Pty Ltd is a registered GST entity operating in Australia Brisbane.
3. The Videographer team will provide up to two (2) rounds of revisions on each video deliverable at no additional cost. Further revision requests will be billed at $350.00 per hour (excl. GST).
4. Location permits, council approvals, and any third-party access fees required for filming in Australia Brisbane public spaces or private properties are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Weather-related delays: In the event that filming is postponed due to adverse weather conditions in Australia Brisbane, the Videographer team will reschedule at no additional charge, provided the reschedule is confirmed within five (5) business days.
6. Intellectual property: Upon full and final payment, all rights to the finished video deliverables transfer to the client. The Videographer retains the right to include the work in their professional portfolio and showreel, subject to the client's written consent.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal production services agreement will be issued upon the client's written acceptance of this estimate.
8. Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will require a written variation and may result in an adjusted cost estimate.
