This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment milestones to ensure a smooth production workflow:
- 50% deposit ($10,862.50 incl. GST) — due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Videographer and crew dates.
- 25% progress payment ($5,431.25 incl. GST) — due upon completion of principal photography.
- 25% final balance ($5,431.25 incl. GST) — due upon delivery of the final edited master and all supplementary files.
All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on the accompanying tax invoice. Late payments will attract interest at the rate prescribed under the Australian Consumer Law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to crew availability, equipment costs, or market conditions in the Australia Melbourne production sector.
- Apex Visual Media Pty Ltd, acting as the contracted Videographer, holds a current Public Liability Insurance policy of $20,000,000 and Professional Indemnity Insurance of $5,000,000, both compliant with Victorian and Commonwealth requirements.
- All footage, raw and finished, remains the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Videographer retains the right to include selected stills and short clips in their professional portfolio and showreel, subject to prior written consent from the client.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional shooting days, or extended post-production requirements will be documented in a written variation to this Quotation Estimate and may incur additional charges at the rates specified above.
- The Videographer and crew will comply with all workplace health and safety obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic) and the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2017 (Vic).
- Weather-related delays for outdoor shoots in the Australia Melbourne region will be rescheduled at no additional cost, provided the reschedule occurs within fourteen (14) days of the original date.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and countersigned by both parties. A formal Service Agreement will be executed upon acceptance.
