Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for the Videographer engagement and associated services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Bangladesh Dhaka.
A non-refundable advance payment of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required to confirm the booking and secure the Videographer crew's schedule. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be due upon final delivery of the edited video files.
All payments shall be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bank transfer to the account of Dhaka Visual Media Productions Ltd., or by certified cheque drawn on a bank operating in Bangladesh Dhaka.
The Videographer and crew shall work a standard ten (10) hour day. Overtime beyond this limit will be billed at 1.5× the daily rate specified in this Quotation Estimate.
Client is responsible for obtaining any additional location permits, model releases, or intellectual property clearances required for shoots at private or government properties within Bangladesh Dhaka. Our team will assist in the application process at no extra charge.
Weather-related delays (monsoon rains, cyclone warnings common in Bangladesh Dhaka) will result in rescheduling at no additional cost, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
Final video deliverables will be provided in MP4 (H.265) and ProRes 422 formats, along with a 4K master file. All raw footage will be retained for thirty (30) days post-delivery before secure deletion.
This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party music licensing, voice-over talent fees, or graphic design elements unless explicitly stated. Any additional services will be quoted separately.
Both parties agree to resolve any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disputes, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh Dhaka.
Confidentiality: All project materials, client data, and footage captured during the Videographer engagement in Bangladesh Dhaka shall remain strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
