- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Videographer rates and availability may be subject to revision.
- A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking and secure the Videographer's schedule in Belgium Brussels. The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery of all edited materials.
- All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on the accompanying invoice. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge in accordance with Belgian commercial law.
