4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Videographer services in Brazil Brasília may be subject to revision based on market conditions, equipment availability, and currency fluctuations.
4.2 Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of 40% (R$ 34,456.00) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% (R$ 51,684.00) shall be paid within fifteen (15) business days following delivery of the final edited video assets.
