The Videographer engagement in China Beijing encompasses the following deliverables and service components. Our lead videographer, with over twelve years of experience shooting in the Beijing market, will coordinate all production activities including pre-production planning, on-site filming, post-production editing, and final delivery of all media assets.

All filming for this Videographer engagement in China Beijing will utilize the following professional-grade equipment: Sony FX6 and FX3 cinema cameras (4K 10-bit 4:2:2), DJI Inspire 3 drone system, Sennheiser wireless microphone kit, LED panel lighting arrays, and a full complement of prime and zoom lenses. All equipment is insured and maintained to broadcast standards. The Quotation Estimate includes all rental, maintenance, and insurance costs for the listed gear.

In accordance with the terms outlined in this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Videographer services in China Beijing shall be structured as follows:

• 50% Advance Payment (CNY 59,450): Due upon signed acceptance of this quotation, prior to the commencement of pre-production activities.
• 30% Mid-Production Payment (CNY 35,670): Due upon completion of all on-site filming days in Beijing.
• 20% Final Payment (CNY 23,780): Due upon client approval and final delivery of all edited deliverables and raw footage.

Payments may be made via bank transfer to our corporate account in Beijing or through an internationally recognized payment gateway. All invoices will be issued in CNY with USD equivalents noted for international clients.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in China Beijing.
• The Videographer team reserves the right to reschedule filming by up to 48 hours in the event of severe weather, government-mandated restrictions, or force majeure events affecting operations in Beijing.
• All intellectual property rights to the final edited deliverables transfer to the client upon receipt of the final payment. The Videographer retains the right to use short clips (under 15 seconds) in their professional portfolio and showreel unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Any additional filming days, extended post-production work, or scope changes beyond the original Quotation Estimate will be billed at the hourly rates specified in Schedule A of our master service agreement.
• Compliance with all local regulations of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to drone flight permits, location filming permits, and data protection laws, is the responsibility of the Videographer team. The client is responsible for securing any venue-specific permissions within private or restricted properties in China Beijing.
• This quotation does not include accommodation, meals, or per diem for the production crew. These costs, if applicable for multi-day engagements, will be itemized separately.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Beijing, China, in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
