The Videographer team assigned to this project in Colombia Medellín will consist of a Lead Videographer with over 12 years of experience in commercial and corporate video production, a Second Videographer specializing in multi-camera setups, a certified Drone Videographer holding the Colombian Aeronautical Authority (Aerocivil) license, and a dedicated Post-Production Editor. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of Andes Visual Productions S.A.S. in Colombia Medellín. Late payments will incur a monthly interest rate of 1.67% in accordance with Colombian commercial law.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance. Upon expiration, a new Quotation Estimate may be required to reflect any changes in market conditions, equipment availability, or regulatory requirements in Colombia Medellín. The Videographer services described herein are subject to the general terms and conditions of Andes Visual Productions S.A.S., which include intellectual property transfer upon full payment, liability limitations, force majeure provisions, and a 12-month warranty on all delivered video assets. The client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal service agreement. All work performed by the Videographer team in Colombia Medellín will comply with the Colombian Labor Code (Código Sustantivo del Trabajo) and applicable data protection regulations (Ley 1581 de 2012).
