In accordance with standard practice for Videographer engagements in Egypt Alexandria, the following payment schedule applies to this Quotation Estimate:
- 50% Advance Payment (EGP 40,185) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement. This secures the date and reserves the crew and equipment.
- 30% Progress Payment (EGP 24,111) due upon completion of the principal photography day.
- 20% Final Payment (EGP 16,074) due upon delivery and client approval of the final edited video file.
Payments may be made via bank transfer to our Alexandria branch account or by certified cheque. A formal tax invoice will be issued for each payment in compliance with Egyptian commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in equipment costs, crew availability, or applicable tax rates in Egypt.
- The Videographer team reserves the right to reschedule the shoot in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting Alexandria's coastal filming locations, government-mandated closures, or civil unrest.
- All raw footage and intermediate project files remain the intellectual property of Nile Delta Visual Productions. The client receives full commercial usage rights to the final delivered video only.
- Any additional shooting days, extended hours beyond the 10-hour block, or extra locations outside the Alexandria metropolitan area will be billed at EGP 1,200 per additional hour or EGP 8,000 per additional day, as applicable.
- Drone operations in Egypt Alexandria are subject to prior approval from the Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority and local police. The client agrees to cooperate in providing any required identification or event permits.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement in writing.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Alexandria courts.
